Deine Aufgaben

Als Happiness Manager (m/w/d) bist du organisatorische Drehscheibe, Ansprechpartner und Kulturbotschafter zugleich. Kein Tag gleicht dem anderen.

Organisation & Office Management

  • Organisation und Koordination des Regionalbüros
  • Termin- und Kalendermanagement
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Jahresplanungen und administrativen Übersichten
  • Betreuung der Bürostandorte und Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Pflege von Mitarbeiter- und Unternehmensdaten

Empfang & Gastgeberrolle

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Besucherinnen, Besuchern und Geschäftspartnern
  • Organisation des täglichen Mittagessens
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Meetings und Besprechungen

Events & Onboarding

  • Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Firmenevents
  • Organisation eines herzlichen Onboardings für neue Mitarbeitende und Unternehmen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland und den Niederlanden

Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Unternehmenskultur weiterzuentwickeln und besondere Momente für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu schaffen.

  • Austausch von Ideen, Erfahrungen und Best Practices

  • Entwicklung kreativer Ideen zur Förderung von Mitarbeiterbindung, Wertschätzung und Teamgeist
  • Mitgestaltung einer modernen und positiven Unternehmenskultur innerhalb der VDK Groep
