Daarom krijg je als Installatiemonteur W de ruimte om je werk zelfstandig uit te voeren, oplossingen te bedenken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor het resultaat. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen woningbouw, utiliteit, renovatie en bestaande gebouwen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar één ding staat altijd centraal: kwaliteit leveren en zorgen dat het in één keer goed gebeurt.

Wat wij je bieden

Je komt terecht in een compact installatiebedrijf waar collega's elkaar kennen en de lijnen kort zijn. Met ongeveer 65 collega's zijn we groot genoeg voor technisch interessante projecten, maar klein genoeg om snel te schakelen en elkaar persoonlijk te kennen. Je bent hier geen nummer, maar een zichtbaar onderdeel van het team.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Installatiemonteur W start je jouw werkdag op een project in de regio Wormer, de Zaanstreek of omgeving. De ene keer werk je mee aan een woningbouwproject waar complete installaties worden aangelegd, de andere keer voer je werkzaamheden uit binnen een utiliteitsgebouw of bestaand pand. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk interessant.

Je ontvangt de projectinformatie, organiseert je werkplek en zorgt ervoor dat installaties volgens afspraak worden gerealiseerd. Omdat Feenstra & Van Goor een compacte organisatie is, krijg je veel vrijheid in de uitvoering van je werk. Tegelijkertijd verwachten we dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een nette oplevering.

  • Installeren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties volgens de projectplanning
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden aan onder andere verwarmings-, water-, gas- en sanitaire installaties
  • Controleren en testen van je eigen werkzaamheden voordat je oplevert
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen, technische aandachtspunten en meer- of minderwerk
  • Afstemmen met projectleiders, collega's en opdrachtgevers over de voortgang van het werk
  • Zorg dragen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek
  • Verwerken van werkbonnen, urenregistraties en materiaalontvangsten

Wat neem je mee

Een goede Installatiemonteur W hoeft niet voortdurend aangestuurd te worden. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, denkt vooruit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk. Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig te werken, maar begrijpt ook dat goede samenwerking essentieel is voor een succesvol project. Dat sluit precies aan bij de cultuur van Feenstra & Van Goor: vrijheid waar het kan, verantwoordelijkheid waar het moet.

  • Een technische opleiding op mbo 2- of mbo 3-niveau, aangevuld met vakgerichte cursussen of trainingen
  • Ervaring binnen de werktuigbouwkundige installatietechniek
  • Technisch inzicht in W-installaties, verwarmings-, water-, gas- en sanitaire installaties
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig werkzaamheden te organiseren en uit te voeren
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en gevoel voor detail
  • Een planmatige en praktische manier van werken
  • Een collegiale instelling en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
