Met jouw technische kennis, leiderschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zorg je ervoor dat ieder project veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd.

Wat ga je doen?

Als leidinggevend elektromonteur geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team elektromonteurs op locatie. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning en houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het elektrotechnische werk.

Je begeleidt jouw collega's zowel technisch als persoonlijk en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij werk je zelf actief mee wanneer dat nodig is. Je communiceert duidelijk met opdrachtgevers, collega's en andere betrokken partijen en weet ook in een dynamische werkomgeving het overzicht te bewaren.

Naast de uitvoering houd je je bezig met de planning en bijbehorende administratie. Je werkt gestructureerd, signaleert knelpunten op tijd en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Zo lever je samen met jouw team ieder project volgens de gewenste kwaliteit op.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een elektrotechnische opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 2.
  • Je hebt technische kennis van elektrotechnische installaties.
  • Je kunt collega's aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, verantwoordelijk en resultaatgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en veilig.
  • Je hebt een flexibele en betrouwbare werkhouding.
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
  • Je staat open voor aanvullende cursussen en opleidingen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en beschikt over natuurlijk leiderschap.
