Wil jij als Leidinggevend Loodgieter Woningbouw het voortouw nemen op uitdagende woningbouwprojecten? Bij Van Hoften Installatietechniek combineer je jouw technische vakmanschap met leidinggeven op de bouwplaats. Je werkt mee aan hoogwaardige installaties, stuurt monteurs aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd.

Wat ga je doen

Als Leidinggevend Loodgieter Woningbouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je werkt actief mee aan de installaties, begeleidt monteurs en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van het project. Dankzij jouw ervaring en leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat iedere woning volgens planning en met de juiste kwaliteit wordt opgeleverd.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van installatiewerkzaamheden binnen woningbouwprojecten.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van (leerling-)monteurs en tweede monteurs.
  • Installeren van sanitaire installaties, cv-installaties, ventilatiesystemen en warmtepompen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, planning en voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Afstemmen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en collega's.
  • Toezien op veilig werken volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en nette oplevering van projecten.

Wat neem je mee

  • Een mbo-3 of mbo-4 diploma richting Installatietechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevend monteur, eerste monteur of hoofdmonteur.
  • Kennis van gebouwgebonden installaties.
  • Je bent in het bezit van VOL-VCA en rijbewijs B.
  • Een zelfstandige, communicatief sterke en verantwoordelijke werkhouding.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
