Wil jij als Manager Installatie bouwen aan de verdere groei van een technisch topbedrijf binnen de koel- en klimaattechniek? Bij Frimex krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een installatietak van circa 32 medewerkers en speel je als MT-lid een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Je combineert leiderschap, strategie en operationele slagkracht en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, processen en projecten iedere dag beter worden.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Manager Installatie geef je leiding aan de business unit Installatie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, voortgang en het rendement van uiteenlopende installatieprojecten binnen de retail. Je creëert structuur, ontwikkelt medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie klaar is voor verdere groei.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Leidinggeven aan de installatietak koel- en klimaattechniek (circa 32 FTE).
  • Coachen, ontwikkelen en inspireren van projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en andere medewerkers.
  • Sturen op kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid, rendement en klanttevredenheid.
  • Optimaliseren en verder professionaliseren van processen en werkwijzen.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van organisatie- en personeelsbeleid.
  • Bewaken van projectresultaten en financiële prestaties.
  • Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen, innovaties en commerciële kansen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de strategische koers als lid van het Management Team.
  • Samenwerken met andere disciplines om Frimex verder te laten groeien.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfskundige of technische richting.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare managementfunctie binnen een technische projectorganisatie.
  • Ervaring met retailprojecten of kortcyclische projecten binnen de koel- of klimaattechniek.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van grotere teams.
  • Sterke bedrijfskundige en organisatorische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met technische affiniteit.
