Stage lopen binnen innovatieve & ambitieuze recruitmentsetting? Oftewel, in een relatief nieuw en groeiend team bij dé snelst groeiende familie van installatiebedrijven? De opdracht? Verder uitbouwen, beheren en (blijven) activeren van onze talentpools.

Hoe? Wij hebben daar wel ideeën bij. Maar zijn veel nieuwsgieriger naar die van jou...

Bij de VDK Groep krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan de werving én het onderhouden van onze talentpools. Met in Nederland bijna 120 bedrijven, 5.500 medewerkers en ambitieuze groeiplannen, bieden we jou een uitdagende leeromgeving waar ondernemerschap, samenwerking en jouw ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Het is geen geheim dat de technische markt krap bezet is. Toch proberen wij via alle mogelijke manieren in te zetten om onze bedrijven te helpen met de instroom van (grotendeels) techneuten zoals monteurs, projectleiders, engineers en werkvoorbereiders. Denk hierbij aan de inzet van social media campagnes, aanbreng programma’s, vacaturesites etc.

En dat goed gaat goed! Zo hebben afgelopen periode met ons team van 13 recruiters zo’n 900 nieuwe collega’s mogen verwelkomen.

Maar, we willen meer! En hebben jouw hulp daarbij echt nodig. Zo ga jij je tijdens je stage onder andere bezig houden met:

  • Het opbouwen, beheren en inzetten van talentpools (11.500+ kandidaten en counting);
  • Zoeken naar nieuwe / innovatieve wervingsbronnen;
  • Actief sourcen van kandidaten via jobboards, social media en netwerk-events;
  • Voeren en coördineren van intake- en sollicitatiegesprekken voor technische vacatures (eerst assisterend, later zelfstandig);
  • Opbouwen van een strategie om die talentpools extra geactiveerd te houden!

Wie ben jij?

  • HBO (HRM, CE, TBK of vergelijkbaar) – 3e/4e jaars;
  • Minimaal 32 uur per week, voor 5 maanden beschikbaar;
