Bij Hillsafety in Alphen aan den Rijn zoeken we een Planner Beveiligingssystemen die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en energie krijgt van structuur aanbrengen. Jij bent de stille kracht achter onze projecten: dankzij jouw planning en voorbereiding kunnen monteurs veilig, efficiënt en zonder gedoe aan de slag.

Als Planner Beveiligingssystemen met werkvoorbereiders taken, werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de beveiligingstechniek. Van inbraakbeveiliging en brandmeldinstallaties tot camerabewaking en toegangscontrole. Jij zorgt dat materialen, mensen en afspraken perfect op elkaar aansluiten. In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen kantoor en werkvloer. Je schakelt dagelijks met monteurs, leveranciers en klanten en zorgt dat elk project soepel verloopt. Een rol met verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling én zichtbare impact.

Wat ga je doen

Als Planner Beveiligingssystemen zorg jij dat alles klopt voordat het werk buiten start.

  • Je werkt binnen een hecht team van collega’s op kantoor en in de buitendienst in Alphen aan den Rijn
  • Plannen van installatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Voorbereiden van werkopdrachten, materialen en projectdocumentatie
  • Coördineren van monteurs en externe partijen
  • Bewaken van deadlines, budgetten en klantafspraken
  • Werken met Syntess Atrium voor planning en administratie

Wat neem je mee

  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met planning binnen een technische of logistieke omgeving
  • Affiniteit met of kennis van beveiligingssystemen (pré)
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met Syntess Atrium of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen
