Wat je gaat doen

Als Project Manager ben jij de spil in onze projecten. Je geeft leiding aan projectleiders en zorgt dat zij succesvol hun projecten uitvoeren. Zelf pak je ook uitdagende projecten op, maar jouw hoofdtaak is het coachen en structureren van je team zodat elk project soepel verloopt.

  • Aansturen en coachen van projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs
  • Zorgen dat projectleiders hun planning, budget en kwaliteit halen
  • Zelf meewerken aan complexe werktuigbouwkundige projecten
  • Bewaken van samenwerking tussen teamleden en ketenpartners
  • Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en partners
  • Opstellen van projectdocumentatie, rapportages en risicobeheersing
  • Standplaats Wormer, projecten actief in Amsterdam en de Zaanstreek

Wat neem je mee

Voor deze rol als Project Manager is zowel technisch inzicht als leiderschap nodig.

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek
  • Ervaring als Projectleider W of Project Manager binnen installatietechniek
  • Ervaring met aansturen van projectleiders of teams
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en besluitvaardigheid
  • Leiderschap en coachende vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen
  • Bereidheid om te leren en door te groeien binnen Feenstra & Van Goor
