Projectcoördinator / Uitvoerder

LKS Installatietechniek is een informeel, sociaal en gezellig Brabants bedrijf. We zijn een zusterorganisatie van Sankomij Installatietechniek B.V. te Veldhoven. Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren professional in de woningbouw.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Technisch Projectcoördinator/Uitvoerder speel je een cruciale rol binnen ons bedrijf. Je combineert leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid met technische expertise waarbij je de schakel bent tussen onze monteurs, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd, van planning tot oplevering.

Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan monteurs en onderaannemers, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je onderhoudt contact met alle partijen en zorgt dat iedereen op één lijn zit. Met jouw technische kennis waarborg je de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de installaties en bij uitdagingen bedenk je snel passende oplossingen.

Kortom, jij zorgt met jouw technische inzicht en leiderschap ervoor dat elk project een succes wordt. We verwachten dat je zelfstandig kunt opereren, communicatief sterk bent en de nodige technische kennis meebrengt om onze projecten succesvol uit te voeren.

Wat breng je daarvoor mee?

Je spreekt de taal van de monteurs en andere uitvoerende mensen op de bouw, wat jouw communicatie helder en doeltreffend maakt.

Verder vinden we het belangrijk dat je:

  • Ervaring hebt in de montage en bij voorkeur in de projectmatige woningbouw;
  • Brede technische kennis hebt op het gebied van installatietechniek;
  • Beschikt over goede leiderschap- en communicatievaardigheden;
  • Een probleemoplossend vermogen hebt, waarbij je snel kunt inspelen op situaties;
  • Klantgericht te werk gaat;
  • Stressbestendig bent en empathisch vermogen hebt.
