Vanuit Wormer werk je aan werktuigbouwkundige projecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteit. Je bent zichtbaar voor collega's, monteurs en klanten, houdt overzicht over de planning en zorgt ervoor dat projecten lopen zoals afgesproken. In een organisatie met korte lijnen krijg je veel ruimte om zelf keuzes te maken en projecten op jouw manier te organiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider W ben je verantwoordelijk voor werktuigbouwkundige projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je schakelt continu tussen kantoor, bouwplaats, klanten en uitvoering. De ene ochtend bespreek je de voortgang met monteurs op locatie, later op de dag stem je de planning af met een opdrachtgever of overleg je met de werkvoorbereiding over materiaal en capaciteit. Juist die combinatie van techniek, organisatie en menselijk contact maakt deze functie zo veelzijdig.

  • Begeleiden van werktuigbouwkundige projecten binnen woningbouw en utiliteit.
  • Aansturen van werkvoorbereiders, tekenaars, monteurs en andere betrokkenen.
  • Bewaken van planning, voortgang, budget en projectresultaten.
  • Coördineren van engineering, inkoop en materiaalvoorziening.
  • Schakelen tussen klant, bouwplaats, kantoor en uitvoering.
  • Zorgen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte projectadministratie.
  • Zowel grotere projecten als kleinere opdrachten professioneel organiseren en begeleiden.

Wat neem je mee

Een goede Projectleider W neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en voelt zich prettig in een omgeving waar je veel vrijheid krijgt. Je weet hoe werktuigbouwkundige projecten verlopen, kunt zelfstandig organiseren en blijft benaderbaar voor collega's, klanten en monteurs. Dat past goed bij de manier waarop we bij Feenstra & Van Goor samenwerken.

  • Mbo 4- of hbo-opleiding richting werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek.
  • Ervaring als projectleider, werkvoorbereider of vergelijkbare functie binnen de installatietechniek.
  • Ervaring met of affiniteit voor woningbouwprojecten.
  • Technisch inzicht in W-installaties en installatietechniek.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen.
  • Een zelfstandige, oplossingsgerichte houding en gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid.
