Wil jij als Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde doorgroeien naar een directeursfunctie? Voor een succesvol installatiebedrijf binnen de VDK Groep zoeken wij een ervaren Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde die woningbouwprojecten aanstuurt én de ambitie heeft om op termijn een organisatie te leiden.

Je krijgt de kans om nauw samen te werken met de huidige directie, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor projecten, klanten en teams en jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen richting een directeursrol.

Wat ga je doen

  • Leidinggeven aan werktuigbouwkundige woningbouwprojecten
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, budget en voortgang
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van klantrelaties
  • Aansturen van werkvoorbereiders, monteurs en andere betrokken collega's
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie
  • Samenwerken met directie en management aan de toekomstige ontwikkeling van het bedrijf
  • Toewerken naar een rol met steeds meer strategische en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheid

Wat neem je mee

  • Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding aangevuld met MIT of een afgeronde HBO-opleiding
  • Ervaring als Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde binnen de installatietechniek
  • Ervaring met woningbouwprojecten
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Commercieel inzicht en een klantgerichte instelling
  • Een echte teamspeler die mensen weet te verbinden
  • De ambitie om door te groeien naar een directeursfunctie
  • Je woont in Midden- of West-Nederland
