Ben jij een geboren coördinator die het in zich heeft om onze woningbouwprojecten van A tot Z vlekkeloos te laten lopen? Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de professionalisering van onze projectenafdeling? Dan hebben wij dé functie voor jou! Wij zoeken een ervaren Projectleider, die financieel, technisch en operationeel eindverantwoordelijk is voor onze projecten.

Wat we je bieden:

  • Een salaris tussen €4.000,- en €5.500,- bruto per maand, afgestemd op jouw kennis, achtergrond en ervaring;
  • Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Technisch Installatiebedrijf. Denk hierbij aan 25 verlofdagen, 13 ADV-dagen en pensioenopbouw bij het pensioenfonds PMT;
  • Alles wat je nodig hebt om je functie goed uit te voeren, waaronder een auto, telefoon én laptop van de zaak;
  • De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Zowel binnen Van Heugten, maar ook breder binnen (de bedrijven van) de VDK Groep;
  • Een informele, gezellige werksfeer met regelmatig leuke uitjes, zoals de VDK-familiedag in Phantasialand en diverse personeelsfeesten.

Wat je gaat doen:

Als Projectleider ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter het succes van onze woningbouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: van voorbereiding tot en met oplevering. Je bewaakt de voortgang, het budget en de kwaliteit en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarvoor schakel je continu met klanten, aannemers, leveranciers en monteurs en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen optimaal samenwerkt.

Daarnaast houd je grip op meer- en minderwerk en zorg je voor een strakke projectadministratie.

Met jouw ervaring neem je ook een coachende rol op je richting collega’s binnen het team en draag je actief bij aan het verder professionaliseren van de afdeling.

Kortom: een veelzijdige en impactvolle rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Wat neem je mee?

Je beschikt over minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur in de installatietechniek. Verder heb je mbo werk- en/of denkniveau en heb je kennis van werktuigbouwkundige installaties (verwarming, ventilatie, sanitair, airconditioning, etc.).

Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende partijen en weet mensen te verbinden en in beweging te krijgen. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en schakelt snel wanneer situaties daarom vragen. Binnen Van Heugten waarderen we een nuchtere, hands-on mentaliteit: je pakt verantwoordelijkheid en doet wat nodig is om projecten succesvol af te ronden.

Daarnaast ben je analytisch sterk, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht. Jij neemt eigenaarschap en zorgt dat projecten niet alleen goed, maar ook succesvol worden afgerond.

Van Heugten Baddesign & Installatie in Gemert ontzorgt klanten al 40 jaar bij nieuwbouw, renovatie, verbouwing en installatie. Ons team van 55 professionals werkt dagelijks aan hoogwaardige nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en installatieprojecten.

Met een specialisatie in onder andere loodgieterswerk, verwarmingssystemen, duurzame installaties, tegelwerk en sanitair, kunnen opdrachtgevers rekenen op gediplomeerd vakmanschap en hoogwaardige afwerking.
