Und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel. Wir suchen einen Recruiter (m/w/d) Süd-West, der das passende Mindset mitbringt, um unsere Wachstumsambitionen zu unterstützen und die besten Fach- und Führungskräfte für unsere Handwerksbetriebe in der Region zu gewinnen.

Deine Aufgaben als Recruiter (m/w/d)

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Eigenständige Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses für technische Positionen und Schlüsselrollen in deiner Region (z. B. Monteure, Projektleiter, Bauleiter).
  • Zielgerichtete Strategien: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von zielgruppenspezifischen Recruiting-Strategien für das Handwerk und die Technikbranche im süd-westdeutschen Raum.
  • Netzwerkaufbau: Aktiver Aufbau und die Pflege eines regionalen Talent-Netzwerks in der Installations- und Gebäudetechnikbranche.
  • Moderne Tools: Nutzung moderner Recruiting-Tools und Active Sourcing (z. B. Recruitee, LinkedIn, Xing sowie relevante Jobbörsen).
  • Employer Branding: Unterstützung bei regionalen Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen und im Personalmarketing, um VDK nahbar und bekannt zu machen.
  • Teamwork: Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit im neu aufgebauten HR-Regionalteam Süd-West mit dem HR Regional Manager und dem HR Business Partner.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Fokus: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in der Technik-, Handwerks- oder Installationsbranche. Ein Studium ist nicht zwingend erforderlich – für uns zählt deine praktische Erfahrung!
  • Marktkenntnis: Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsmarkts, insbesondere im Bereich der gewerblich-technischen Fachkräfte.
  • Macher-Mentalität: Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und echter Spaß daran, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Strukturen aktiv mit aufzubauen, statt nur zu verwalten.
  • Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie, Überzeugungskraft und echte Begeisterung für Menschen.
  • Digital Native: Sicherer Umgang mit ATS-Systemen (z. B. Recruitee, Softgarden) und modernen, digitalen Recruiting-Tools.
  • Mobilität: Flexibilität und die proaktive Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb der Region Süd-West, um ganz nah an unseren Partnerunternehmen zu sein.
  • Sprachskills: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie zusätzliche Englischkenntnisse sind für den internationalen Austausch von Vorteil.
