Recruitment Business Partner bij VDK

Ben jij een recruiter in hart en nieren maar heb jij het bij je recruitment bureau wel gehad met enkel “targets beuken”? Of een corporate recruiter die uitgekeken is op zijn eilandje bij zijn bedrijf? Overweeg dan eens onze Recruitment Business Partner kans in een snelgroeiende organisatie!

VDK Groep zoekt voor regio Noord een recruitment business partner die onze bedrijven van (veelal technische) nieuwe collega’s wilt voorzien en strategisch willen meedenken over de juiste recruitment aanpak en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. Onderstaand natuurlijk het wervingsprofiel, maar we raden je aan om eens te luisteren naar de recent uitgekomen Monkey Rock Podcast van Werf& (op oa Youtube en Spotify), waarin onze recruitmentmanager Jasper Keijner je in 30 minuten meeneemt in de recruitmentwereld van de VDK Groep.

De VDK Groep is een sterk groeiend bedrijf in de installatietechniek met een duidelijke “buy and build strategy” gekoppeld aan autonome groei ambities. Het bedrijf bestaat landelijk uit bijna 180 bedrijven met ongeveer 8.000 medewerkers. VDK Groep heeft een unieke filosofie waarbij de klant centraal staat, de bedrijven zelfstandig binnen de VDK Groep opereren en waarbij alle specialismes op het gebied van installatietechniek in de organisatie aanwezig zijn.

En dat met een duidelijke peoplefocus met drie overtuigende kernwaarden; #sfeermeesterschap, #ondernemerschap & #rentmeesterschap.

Het team:

Binnen deze rol schakel je met diverse stakeholders. Zo zijn de bedrijfsdirecteuren (vaak) het aanspreekpunt voor de vacatures. Bij de bedrijven ben je dus ook regelmatig te vinden. Functioneel rapporteer je aan de Sr. Recruitment Business Partner (die bij jou in de omgeving de lead is) of Recruitment Manager. Hier kan je ook terecht voor vragen en overleg. Verder deel je de regio met 3 tot 4 andere recruiters. Daarnaast zijn er landelijke meetings waarbij alle recruitment business partners samenkomen (13 in totaal).

  • In een krappe markt verwachten wij dat je creatief en volhardend bent in het vinden van kandidaten, maar begrijpen dat wij je van het juiste gereedschap moeten voorzien. Daarom faciliteren wij je in tooling als ATS, LinkedIn Seat, ondersteuning van een via-via programma etc.

De werkzaamheden:

  • Werving en selectie van (technische) profielen tot 12 bedrijven binnen de VDK Groep.
  • Aansturen en coördineren van externe bureaus (indien noodzakelijk).
  • Initiëren van innovatieve en nieuwe wervingskanalen.
  • Regelmatig overleg met de landelijke VDK-recruitment manager en bedrijfsdirecteuren.

Wij vragen:

  • HBO-denk en werk niveau.
  • +3 jaar werkervaring als bureau- en/of corporate recruiter.
  • Een initiator op het gebied van employer branding.
  • Affiniteit met een technische omgeving is een pre.
  • Klantgericht, resultaatgerichtheid, overtuigingskracht en proactief.
  • De wil om te scoren.
  • Reisbereidheid.
  • Een beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 40 uur per week.
