Leid complexe verduurzamingsprojecten en bouw mee aan de toekomst van slimme verlichting. Als Senior Projectleider LED-verlichting bij Lumeco combineer je technische expertise, leiderschap en commercieel inzicht om projecten, klanten en collega’s naar een hoger niveau te brengen.

Wat ga je doen

  • Eindverantwoordelijk zijn voor complexe en grootschalige LED-verlichtingsprojecten
  • Leidinggeven aan meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd
  • Coachen en begeleiden van projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en projectteams
  • Adviseren van klanten over innovatieve en duurzame verlichtingsoplossingen
  • Beoordelen van complexe technische vraagstukken en calculaties
  • Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning, budget en projectresultaten
  • Initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen
  • Fungeren als technisch en organisatorisch aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie

Wat neem je mee

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ruime ervaring als projectleider binnen de installatietechniek, elektrotechniek of verlichtingsbranche
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe technische projecten
  • Uitgebreide kennis van elektrotechnische installaties
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van collega's
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Commercieel inzicht en ondernemerschap
  • Het vermogen om meerdere projecten en stakeholders tegelijk te managen
