Bij GUTS Installatietechniek werken we met ruim 130 gedreven collega’s aan het adviseren, ontwerpen, installeren, onderhouden en beheren van technische installaties op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek en koeltechniek. Als totaalinstallateur realiseren we complete oplossingen voor zowel retail als utiliteit.

Vanuit onze locaties in Boxtel, Landsmeer en Wijchen bedienen we klanten als Bijenkorf, Primark, WE Fashion, Kruidvat, DELA Bergman Clinics, Vastgoed Eindhoven, zwembaden en zorginstellingen. Een mooi voorbeeld is DELA waar wij als voorkeursinstallateur verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwerpen en realiseren van de elektrische, werktuigbouwkundige en meet- en regelinstallaties.

Ter uitbereiding van ons serviceteam zoeken wij een (jr) Servicecoördinator die zich bezig gaat houden met verwerken van meldingen, plannen en aansturen van de onderaannemers en servicemonteurs.

Wat we je bieden:

  • Een basissalaris tussen €3.000,- en €4.500,- bruto per maand, afgestemd op jouw kennis, achtergrond en ervaring en aangevuld met een winstdelingsregeling;
  • Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Technisch Installatiebedrijf. Denk hierbij aan 25 verlofdagen, 13 ADV-dagen, pensioenopbouw bij het pensioenfonds PMT;
  • Alle basisvoorwaarden die je nodig hebt om jouw werk succesvol te kunnen doen zoals een mobiele telefoon, laptop en een comfortabele werkplek;
  • De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Zowel binnen GUTS, maar ook breder binnen (de bedrijven van) de VDK Groep;
  • Een gezellige en informele werksfeer met regelmatig leuke uitjes, waaronder de F1 van Zandvoort, barbecues en personeelsfeesten.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Storingsafhandeling: ontvangen en registreren van meldingen, bepalen van prioriteit, en zorgen voor een snelle inzet van de monteurs;
  • Beheren van servicedeskmailbox, klantportals, rapportage derden;
  • Inplannen van monteurs voor onderhoud, storingen en reparaties;
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten over planning en voortgang;
  • Opstellen van offertes voor kleine opdrachten of aanvullend werk;
  • Verwerken van werkbonnen, uren en materialen voor facturatie;
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.

Wat neem je mee?

Je beschikt minimaal over een MBO-diploma en meerdere jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of als leidinggevend monteur. Kennis van koelinstallaties, luchtbehandelingsinstallaties, CV-techniek, sanitair en Priva-regeltechniek is mooi meegenomen, evenals ervaring met het Microsoft Office-pakket en 4PS.

Als persoon onderscheid jij je door je goede communicatieve vaardigheden, organisatorisch vermogen, klantgerichtheid, stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit.
