Wil jij als Servicemonteur Installatietechniek Woningbouw ervoor zorgen dat bewoners vanaf dag één kunnen rekenen op een perfect werkende installatie? Bij Van Hoften Installatietechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inbedrijfstellen, controleren en optimaliseren van installaties in nieuwbouwwoningen. Je werkt zelfstandig, komt op uiteenlopende woningbouwprojecten en draagt direct bij aan kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.

Wat ga je doen

Als Servicemonteur Installatietechniek Woningbouw werk je binnen de afdeling Service & Nazorg. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal functioneren en lost eventuele servicevragen snel en vakkundig op. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en oog voor kwaliteit lever je iedere woning goed werkend op.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Inregelen en inbedrijfstellen van installaties in nieuwbouwwoningen.
  • Controleren van warmtepompen, ventilatiesystemen en waterzijdige installaties.
  • Regeltechnisch en hydraulisch afstellen van installaties.
  • Oplossen van servicevragen en klachten binnen de garantieperiode.
  • Uitvoeren van controles en inspecties na oplevering.
  • Samenwerken met projectteams, uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders.
  • Bijdragen aan een hoge kwaliteit van opleveringen en tevreden bewoners.

  • Een servicegerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • De motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
