Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een Software Engineer Gebouwautomatisering die techniek, software en innovatie op een natuurlijke manier weet te verbinden. Jij krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van intelligente gebouwsoftware, het optimaliseren van systemen en het samenwerken met collega’s en klanten. Wat ga je doen?

Als Software Engineer Gebouwautomatisering bij BUILDING technology ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, programmeren en testen van regeltechnische software en visualisaties voor onze gebouwautomatiseringsprojecten. Je werkt intensief samen met projectleiders, field service engineers en in sommige gevallen direct met klanten om systemen optimaal te laten functioneren.

Deze rol biedt bovendien volop ruimte om je technische expertise verder te verdiepen en innovatieve softwareoplossingen te realiseren voor onze klanten.

Concreet bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit:

  • Ontwikkelen en produceren van programmatuur met behulp van beschikbare engineeringtools;
  • Opbouwen van softwareapplicaties op basis van regeltechnische omschrijvingen, in nauwe samenwerking met projectleiders en/of klanten;
  • Ontwikkelen van standaard- en procesgerichte regelstrategieën voor gebouwgebonden installaties;
  • Integreren van gebouwgebonden installaties (HVAC, WKO, verlichting, energie);
  • Ontwerpen en configureren van Niagara N4-stations en -architecturen;
  • Ontwerpen en realiseren van dashboards, webapplicaties en HTML5-gebaseerde visualisaties;
  • Implementeren van communicatieprotocollen zoals BACnet, Modbus, DALI en KNX;
  • Ontwikkelen van klantspecifieke softwareoplossingen;
  • Softwaretechnische ondersteuning bieden aan projectleiders en field service engineers;
  • Actief volgen van technische marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe procestechnologieën.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je bent een enthousiaste en technisch onderlegde professional met een sterke affiniteit voor software en gebouwautomatisering.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Afgeronde technische MBO (niveau 4) of hbo-opleiding. Bij voorkeur technische informatica, Meet- en Regeltechniek of gebouwgebonden installaties;
  • Kennis van het Tridium Niagara N4 framework;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Niagara N4 in projecten is een pré (certificering zoals TCP, Advanced, Integration of Specialist is een plus);
  • Kennis van HVAC-systemen en gebouwbeheerprocessen;
  • Basiskennis van netwerken (IP, VLAN, VPN en cybersecurity);
  • Ervaring met programmeren van GBS- en DDC-systemen, waaronder Javascript, SQL, XML en/of JSON;
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van complexe integraties;
  • Stressbestendigheid, bijvoorbeeld tijdens commissioning en live situaties;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken;
  • Een leergierige en praktische instelling.
