The posting

Voor de uitbreiding van ons enthousiaste en gedreven teams zijn wij op zoek naar een commercieel manager met een technische achtergrond. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk het herkennen en winnen van commerciële kansen in de installatietechniek. Onze focus ligt op klanten met gebouwen in de zakelijke utiliteit.

Als Technisch commercieel manager ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je zorgt voor de acquisitie van nieuwe klanten/opdrachten en/of verlenen van bestaande contracten. Daarnaast adviseert nieuwe en bestaande klanten over technische installaties en vertaal je hun behoeften naar concrete oplossingen.

Je werkt op tactisch en strategisch niveau en schakelt regelmatig met klanten, projectleiders en directie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Inventariseren en analyseren van klantbehoeften en deze vertalen naar technische oplossingen
  • Ondersteuning verlenen aan het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en begrotingen
  • Actief binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten en onderhoudscontracten
  • Contact met nieuwe en bestaande klanten onderhouden en uitbreiden
  • Zorgen voor interne afstemming met projecten en onze service & onderhoudsafdeling
  • Monitoren van projectkansen, omzet en marges

Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau (voorkeur in een technische richting)
  • Ervaring binnen installatietechniek of een vergelijkbare branche
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Commercieel inzicht en resultaatgerichtheid
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om snel te schakelen
  • In het bezit van VCA-VOL (of bereid deze te halen)
