Wat we je bieden:

  • Een salaris tussen €2.750,- en €3.500-, afgestemd op jouw kennis, achtergrond en ervaring;
  • Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Technisch Installatiebedrijf. Denk hierbij aan 25 verlofdagen, 13 ADV-dagen en pensioenopbouw bij het pensioenfonds PMT;
  • Een goed uitgeruste werkbus, zodat je zelfstandig naar de projecten kunt reizen;
  • De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Zowel binnen Van Heugten, maar ook breder binnen (de bedrijven van) de VDK Groep;
  • Een informele, gezellige werksfeer met regelmatig leuke uitjes, zoals de VDK-familiedag in Phantasialand en diverse personeelsfeesten.

Wat je gaat doen:

Als Tegelzetter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vakkundig betegelen van badkamers, toiletten en andere sanitaire ruimtes bij zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten. Je zorgt voor een strakke voorbereiding van de ondergrond en levert tegelwerk af tot in de puntjes.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega-monteurs en andere vakmensen op de bouw en zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel en volgens planning verlopen. Je denkt mee in praktische oplossingen en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.

Kortom: een afwisselende functie waarin jouw vakmanschap direct zichtbaar is in het eindresultaat.

Wat neem je mee?

Je hebt ervaring als tegelzetter en weet wat er nodig is om kwalitatief hoogstaand werk af te leveren. Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail. Omdat je regelmatig zelfstandig naar projecten reist, is een rijbewijs B een must.

Je komt veel bij klanten over de vloer en bent daarmee het visitekaartje van Van Heugten. Je hebt een representatieve uitstraling, communiceert prettig en denkt klantgericht mee.

Daarnaast ben je praktisch ingesteld en pak je werk proactief op. Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken. Binnen Van Heugten waarderen we een nuchtere en hands-on mentaliteit: je doet wat nodig is om het werk goed en netjes op te leveren.

Waar je het gaat doen:

Van Heugten Baddesign & Installatie in Gemert ontzorgt klanten al 40 jaar bij nieuwbouw, renovatie, verbouwing en installatie. Ons team van 55 professionals werkt dagelijks aan hoogwaardige nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en installatieprojecten.

Met een specialisatie in onder andere loodgieterswerk, verwarmingssystemen, duurzame installaties, tegelwerk en sanitair, kunnen opdrachtgevers rekenen op gediplomeerd vakmanschap en hoogwaardige afwerking.
