The posting

Werk jij graag technische installaties tot in detail uit en krijg je energie van afwisselende projecten? Voor onze vestiging in Zwolle zoeken we een Tekenaar/modelleur W die graag werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen renovatie, onderhoud, villabouw en kleinschalige utiliteit. Geen standaardwerk, maar projecten waarbij jouw technische inzicht écht het verschil maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Tekenaar/modelleur W zorg jij ervoor dat werktuigbouwkundige installaties technisch goed worden voorbereid en uitgewerkt. Je houdt je bezig met het maken van installatietechnische tekeningen en ondersteunt collega’s binnen de projectleiding en uitvoering.

Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders om projecten soepel te laten verlopen.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Uitwerken van werktuigbouwkundige installatietechnische tekeningen;
  • Modelleren van W-installaties in Revit;
  • Werken met Stabiplan voor Revit;
  • Maken en aanpassen van ontwerp- en werktekeningen;
  • Ondersteunen bij technische berekeningen en engineering;
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan projectleiding en uitvoering;
  • Werken aan projecten binnen Utiliteit, Vila bouw, appartementen complexen en grond gebonden woningen

  • Een functie voor 40 uur per week, waarbij 32 uur bespreekbaar is. Bij een dienstverband van 32 uur werk je volledig op kantoor.

Wat neem je mee?

Je hoeft niet jarenlang ervaring te hebben binnen renovatie of onderhoud. Belangrijker vinden we dat je technisch sterk bent, nauwkeurig werkt en ervaring hebt met modelleren binnen de installatietechniek.

Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding of mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met modelleren binnen de installatietechniek;
  • Ervaring met Revit en Stabiplan voor Revit (W-installaties);
  • Technisch inzicht en oog voor detail;
  • Ervaring binnen een installatiebedrijf;
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook goed samenwerken met collega’s;
  • Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
