Daarom heeft de Van Dam Groep een speciaal opleidingsprogramma samengesteld waarin we werk maken van jouw ontwikkeling, zowel persoonlijk als werk gerelateerd. In dit traineeship krijg je de unieke kans om diverse vakgebieden binnen de Van Dam Groep te ontdekken.

Hoe werkt het traineeship bij de Van Dam Groep?

  • Jouw traineeship start direct op je eerste werkdag en loopt 1 jaar. In dat jaar werk je mee op verschillende afdelingen;
  • Een traineeship is bij ons altijd maatwerk. Met jouw ambitie en achtergrond als uitgangspunt bepalen we vooraf samen bij welke onderdelen je aan de slag gaat. Zo leer je alle facetten kennen van de functies waarvoor jij in aanmerking wilt komen;
  • Van jouw ervaren collega’s krijg je deskundige en persoonlijke begeleiding. Daarnaast faciliteren we je in de benodigde opleidingen.

Word je bijvoorbeeld het liefst servicemonteur of ben je liever werkzaam als installateur? Geef je de voorkeur aan brand- en beveiligingssystemen of gaat je hart sneller kloppen van het aanleggen van installaties voor warmte en water? Doorgroeien naar werkvoorbereider? Er is zoveel mogelijk bij Van Dam Groep!
