The posting

Bij de Van Dam Groep werken we aan uitdagende projecten, denk hierbij aan nieuwbouw van kantoorpanden, duurzame woningen en appartementen, theaters en zwembaden. Maar we werken ook aan de transformatie of verduurzaming van bestaande panden. Voor het aansturen van deze projecten op onze bouwlocaties, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste uitvoerder. Jouw belangrijkste taken

Als uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt van zowel onze monteurs, je collega’s op kantoor en onze samenwerkingspartners. Jouw doel is om samen met je team iedere bouw zonder opleverpunten af te ronden.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

  • het coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op het project en het bewaken van de kwaliteit;
  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van zowel werktuigkundige als elektrotechnische installaties binnen onze projecten;
  • je bepaalt de inzet van monteurs op de verschillende projecten in samenspraak met de projectleider;
  • je signaleert meer- en minderwerk;
  • je stelt definitieve tekeningen vast en levert gegevens aan voor revisietekeningen.

Dit verwachten wij van jou als uitvoerder

  • als uitvoerder ben je een echte teamspeler en toon je initiatief. Met je flexibele instelling en je stressbestendigheid, sta je je mannetje (of vrouwtje) in deze functie.
  • verder zou het fijn zijn als je beschikt over:
  • organisatorische en leidinggevende capaciteiten;
  • minimaal een MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • allround kennis en ervaring in de installatie- en/of elektrotechniek;
  • kennis van MS office.
