Als Werkvoorbereider Kleine Projecten en Service ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, monteurs, leveranciers en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles technisch én organisatorisch goed geregeld is, zodat servicewerkzaamheden en kleine projecten efficiënt en volgens planning uitgevoerd kunnen worden.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Werkvoorbereider Kleine Projecten en Service zorg jij ervoor dat projecten en servicewerkzaamheden technisch en organisatorisch goed voorbereid worden. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de monteurs op technisch vlak.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Vaststellen van de materiaalbehoefte per project of serviceopdracht;
  • Uitwerken van praktische technische detailoplossingen;
  • Beoordelen of materialen en componenten voldoen aan de technische specificaties;
  • Plannen en bestellen van materialen, materieel en gereedschappen;
  • Bewaken van levertijden en afstemmen met leveranciers;
  • Opstellen van werkinstructies en inschatten van tijdsbesteding;
  • Opstellen van calculaties en offertes voor kleine projecten en servicewerkzaamheden;
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij administratieve werkzaamheden;
  • Inboeken van bestellingen en vastleggen van prijsafspraken;
  • Tijdelijk vervangen van de Coördinator Service en Kleine Projecten bij afwezigheid.

Wat neem je mee

  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Elektrotechniek;
  • Relevante werkervaring binnen werkvoorbereiding, service of projectmatige elektrotechnische werkzaamheden;
  • Ervaring met planning, materiaalbeheer en projectondersteuning;
  • Een geldig VCA-diploma of bereidheid dit te behalen;
  • Technisch inzicht en een oplossingsgerichte instelling;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, klantgerichte houding;
  • Het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te begeleiden en overzicht te bewaren.
