Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider die techniek en organisatie naadloos met elkaar weet te verbinden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten richting gebouwautomatisering soepel verlopen door alles tot in detail voor te bereiden. Je krijgt energie van plannen, schakelen en het ondersteunen van collega’s, zodat zij buiten hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren. Samen werk je aan slimme technische oplossingen én een prettige werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider Meet- en Regeltechniek bij BUILDING technology zorg je ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch tot in de puntjes zijn voorbereid. Je ondersteunt projectleiders en zorgt dat alles gereed is voor een succesvolle uitvoering.

  • Concreet bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit:
  • Voorbereiden en uitwerken van technische projecten;
  • Opstellen van planningen en bewaken van de voortgang;
  • Bestellen van materialen en afstemmen met leveranciers;
  • Controleren en verwerken van technische tekeningen en documentatie;
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij de uitvoering van projecten;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken in oplossingen;
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je bent een gestructureerde en technisch onderlegde professional die graag vooruitdenkt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde technische mbo 4 -opleiding werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
  • Technisch inzicht, bij voorkeur in gebouwautomatisering of installatietechniek;
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding;
  • Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
