Als Werkvoorbereider Service en Onderhoud werk je in Diemen aan service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen de installatietechniek. Je zorgt dat storingen, planning en communicatie met klanten soepel verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en servicetechnici. Je bewaakt het proces, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid hoog blijven.

Wat ga je doen

Als Werkvoorbereider Service en Onderhoud zorg je voor een soepel en efficiënt serviceproces.

  • Monitoren en opvolgen van storingen en serviceaanvragen
  • Bestellen van materialen en coördineren van leveringen
  • Aansturen van leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Informeren van klanten over planning en voortgang
  • Voorbereiden van onderhoudsrapportages en administratie
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden

Wat neem je mee

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar (niveau 3 of 4)
  • Ervaring met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties
  • Een VCA-VOL certificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Klantgerichte en communicatief sterke instelling
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
