Werk jij straks als werkvoorbereider aan de planning en coördinatie van uitdagende service- en onderhoudsprojecten?

Zorg jij ervoor dat monteurs optimaal hun werk kunnen doen en alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is? Dan zit je bij deze vacature werkvoorbereider utiliteit (service & onderhoud) goed. Of je nu al ervaring hebt in de installatietechniek of vanuit een aanverwante technische rol komt. Wij bieden jou de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen.

Jij bent de schakel tussen klant, techniek en uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met een klantteam bestaande uit een klantmanager, werkvoorbereider en monteurs en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden soepel verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jij houdt het overzicht, ook als het druk is.

In ’t kort, dit ga jij o.a. doen:

  • Je verzorgt de planning van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
  • Je ondersteunt monteurs met technische vragen en aanwijzingen;
  • Je stelt werkinstructies op en bepaalt de benodigde tijd en materialen;
  • Je bestelt en plant materiaal, materieel en eventueel inleen;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en plant afspraken in;
  • Je maakt werkbonnen aan en zorgt voor een correcte administratie;
  • Je ondersteunt of vervangt de servicecoördinator bij afwezigheid.

Dit neem jij mee

  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek, bij voorkeur binnen de installatietechniek;
  • Je hebt een mbo-opleiding (niveau 2, 3 of 4) richting techniek afgerond;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in service en onderhoud;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt overzicht;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht;
  • Je kunt goed schakelen en blijft rustig onder druk.
