Deine Aufgaben \- Ausführungen von Unterhaltsarbeiten, innerhalb und ausserhalb der Gebäude (Garten- und Reinigungsarbeiten) \- Ausführung von Unterhalt und Reparaturen an Anlagen und Einrichtungen inkl. Deren Dokumentation \- Erteilen, betreuen und überwachen von Aufträgen an interne und externe Dienstleistungserbringer und Lieferanten unter Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität \- Ausführung von Wartungen und Kleinreparaturen, sofern technisch möglich \- Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze (Erstintervention) und Winterdienstarbeiten \- Überwachung der Wartung und Pflege der zugeteilten Fahrzeugen, Maschinen und Geräten sowie der eingesetzten Reinigungsmaterialien Dein Profil \- Handwerkliches Geschick sowie technisches Verständnis \- Erfahrung in der Hauswartung oder im Gebäudeunterhalt von Vorteil \- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise \- Gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten \- Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitszeiten \- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel) von Vorteil \- Führerausweis Kat. B von Vorteil
