Das gibt es zu tun:

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die mit kaufmännischem Know-how und Begeisterung für effiziente Prozesse unser Team bereichert.

Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, flexible Arbeitszeiten (20–30 Std./Woche)

  • Übernahme allgemeiner Büro‑, Verwaltungs‑ und Organisationsaufgaben
  • Betreuung von Kunden sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen und administrativen Vertriebsaufgaben
  • Verwaltung und Betreuung von Objekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Organisation von Bestellungen sowie Koordination des Einkaufs und des Lieferantenmanagements
  • Unterstützung bei personalbezogenen Verwaltungs- und Betreuungsaufgaben
  • Mitarbeit im Rechnungswesen, der Faktura und dem kaufmännischen Controlling

Das ist uns wichtig:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. im Büromanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Büroalltag oder in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel)
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Das ist schön, wenn du es mitbringst:

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Führungskräften oder Teams
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Planung und Organisation von Abläufen
  • Freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Kunden
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
