Du kommst aus der Hotellerie, Rezeption, dem Front Office oder einem serviceorientierten Umfeld und möchtest deine Gastgeberqualitäten weiterhin einsetzen? Gleichzeitig suchst du geregelte Arbeitszeiten und Planbarkeit? Dann übernimm bei uns die Verantwortung für das Empfangsmanagement eines namhaften, international tätigen Wuppertaler Familienunternehmens.

Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, 08:00-16:30 Uhr (40 Std./Woche)

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Front-Office- und Empfangsbereich
  • Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung des Empfangsteams
  • Koordination von Reservierungen sowie professioneller Umgang mit telefonischen, schriftlichen und persönlichen Anfragen
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Reklamationen und kundenorientierte Lösungsfindung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen wie Service und Technik
  • Pflege und Verwaltung aller relevanten Dokumentationen

Das bist du:

Du hast Freude daran, Menschen willkommen zu heißen, behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick und verstehst Service als echte Leidenschaft.

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach, Gastgewerbe oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams im Empfangs-, Front-Office-, Hotel- oder Serviceumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung sowie souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
