Für unseren Standort Wohnen und Tagesstruktur Werkhofstrasse in Oensingen suchen wir per sofort *oder nach Vereinbarung *eine:n

Sozialpädagoge:in / Fachperson Betreuung 60-80%

So sieht Ihr neuer Arbeitsalltag bei uns aus

  • Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer Kient:innen in den Bereichen Wohnen, Alltagsbewältigung, Freizeit und Lebensgestaltung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Unterstützungsstrategien zur Förderung von persönlicher Weiterentwicklung, Autonomie und Inklusion
  • Hauptverantwortliche in der Bezugspersonenarbeit für zwei Klient:innen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Beistandschaften, Ärzt:innen, Psychiatrie und weiteren Fachstellen
  • Übernahme von Ressorts und Verantwortlichkeiten im Alltag zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Supervisionen
  • Aktive Umsetzung unserer Werte und sowie des Qualitätsmanagement-Systems
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten mit Früh-, Abend- und Wochenenddiensten. Stellvertretungsdienste nach Absprache

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen

  • Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik, als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Sozial- oder Psychiatriebereich
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Reflexionsfähigkeit, Empathie und Geduld
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Gespür für Prioritäten im Alltag
  • Humor und Freude an der Teamarbeit und interdisziplinärem Austausch
  • Führerausweis Kategoire B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office 365)
