Internship — Project Coordinator (Vendor Site), Swap Station Deployment

Company: Vecmocon Technologies Project: Swap Station Location: On-site at partner / fabrication vendor locations (Noida, Greater Noida & assigned vendor sites) Positions: 2 Type: Full-time Internship (on-site) Duration: 3-6 months (extendable / PPO possible on performance) Reports to: Project Lead — Swap Station Program

About the Role

We are deploying swap stations at scale for our client through a network of fabrication and assembly vendors. We're hiring two Project Coordinators to be our eyes and hands at the vendor end — making sure manpower, operations, and inventory on the ground run exactly to plan.

You will be stationed at / rotating across partner vendor sites and act as the on-ground bridge between Vecmocon and the vendor. If you like ownership, field work, and turning messy ground reality into clean daily numbers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manpower oversight

  • Oversee the manpower deployed at the vendor site; track attendance, daily output, and productivity against the production/delivery plan.
  • Flag shortfalls, idle time, or skill gaps early and coordinate corrective action with the vendor supervisor.

2. Vendor operations

  • Monitor day-to-day vendor operations (fabrication, assembly, dispatch) and ensure work is progressing to the committed station targets and timelines.
  • Track quality of work against Vecmocon's specifications; escalate deviations and rework immediately.
  • Coordinate between vendor floor teams and the Vecmocon project team to keep schedules on track.

3. Inventory at partner site

  • Track inventory at the vendor site — raw material, BOM components, PCBs, harnesses, and mechanical parts — against what each station requires.
  • Verify incoming material (quantity + condition), monitor consumption, and maintain accurate stock counts; raise reorder/shortage alerts before they block production.
  • Reconcile physical stock with the tracker; prevent stockouts and pilferage.

4. Reporting & coordination

  • Maintain daily/weekly trackers (deployment progress, inventory status, issues log) and share structured updates with the Vecmocon team.
  • Run on-ground checks, take photos/evidence where needed, and keep a clean paper trail.
  • Support ad-hoc coordination tasks across logistics, procurement, and dispatch as the program demands.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma / graduate (Engineering — Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production preferred, but open to sharp candidates from any stream).
  • Comfortable spending the day on a vendor shop floor — hands-on, field-first, not a desk role.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills; able to chase people and close loops.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers and basic reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and organized — can count stock accurately and keep numbers clean.
  • Good communication in Hindi and English; able to deal with vendor floor teams and the internal team.
  • Willing to travel between vendor sites as assigned; two-wheeler / driving license a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to manufacturing, assembly, inventory, or site-coordination (internship/project).
  • Familiarity with EV / battery / energy hardware.
  • Basic understanding of BOM, procurement, and production flow.

What You'll Get

  • Real ownership of a live, large-scale deployment — not shadow work.
  • Direct exposure to EV infrastructure, manufacturing operations, and vendor management.
  • Mentorship from the Vecmocon project team.
  • Stipend: 15-20k + Travelling allowances where ever applicable.
  • Strong PPO potential based on performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
