📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Guider et accompagner les vendeurs tout au long du processus d'intégration aux plateformes internes/Back offices: intégration du catalogue dans nos outils, formations sur nos back offices etc.;
  • Trouver des solutions adaptées au profil du vendeur d’un point de vue technique;
  • Suivre et communiquer l’avancement des projets à l’équipe commerciale Veepee;
  • Résoudre et assister le vendeur sur les problèmes techniques lors de la préparation des ventes connectées et campagnes;
  • Suivre les mises à jour de nos partenaires techniques régulièrement;
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour des documentations à usage interne et externe et améliorer proactivement nos process.

👉 PRÉ REQUIS

  • Expérience en Service client et/ou support technique;
  • Bonne communication, logique et organisé(e);
  • Rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve);
  • Capable d’identifier et analyser des problèmes techniques;
  • Français et Anglais courant;
  • Espagnol et/ou Italien est un plus.
