🎯 MISSIONS

  • Dynamiser la plateforme : engager les membres au quotidien via l'animation de conversations, commentaires et sondages, afin de maintenir un groupe actif et stimulant
  • Créer des activités et événements interactifs : concevoir et mettre en place des temps forts en partenariat avec les marques (jeux-concours, tests de produits, animations dédiées)
  • Développer la gamification : participer à l'évolution du système d'engagement du Club en proposant de nouvelles missions, mécaniques et statuts pour fidéliser les membres
  • Gérer et modérer les échanges : assurer la modération des discussions publiques et privées, et intervenir en cas de conflits ou de réclamations (ex. suivi des commandes non reçues)
  • Assurer le suivi des interactions : répondre aux questions et sollicitations (messages publics et privés) en veillant à ce que chaque membre se sente valorisé et entendu
  • Analyser l'activité communautaire : mesurer la participation, le niveau d'interaction ainsi que l'impact des initiatives sur les marques partenaires
  • Rédiger les reportings et formuler des recommandations : préparer des rapports détaillés sur les performances des animations et proposer des axes d'amélioration continue

👉 PRÉ REQUIS

  • Vous êtes issu·e d'une formation en école de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en communication ou en marketing.
  • Vous êtes fort·e d'une première expérience en marketing (création de contenu), community management ou communication.
  • Vous êtes irréprochable sur l'orthographe et la grammaire, garant·e d'une qualité rédactionnelle sans faille.
  • Vous êtes doté·e d'un grand sang-froid, capable d'aborder et de gérer les situations complexes avec calme et efficacité.
  • Vous êtes investi·e d'un esprit d'enquête, capable d'investiguer méthodiquement pour résoudre des problèmes communicatifs ou techniques.
  • Vous êtes créatif·ve et autonome, force de proposition pour faire émerger des idées innovantes et mener vos missions en toute indépendance.
