  • Coordinate proper putaway and bin location accuracy

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process gaps impacting material flow, rigging safety, inventory accuracy, or efficiency
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, process standardization, rigging best practices)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Communicate material risks, rigging constraints, shortages, and operational blockers proactively

Safety & Compliance

  • Execute all rigging and material handling activities in compliance with safety standards and procedures
  • Perform pre- and post-use inspections of rigging equipment (Go/No-Go criteria)
  • Ensure proper load balancing, securement, and lifting techniques are followed
  • Maintain organized, clean, and audit-ready work areas (5S standards)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
