The Impact You’ll Drive

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own critical areas of our credit and banking platform. You will work across product strategy, customer discovery, platform design, and execution to build scalable financial infrastructure for banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and enterprises.

The Hats You Will Wear

  • Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for one or more areas of the platform.
  • Build and evolve products across Credit Cards, Credit Lines, BNPL, Lending, Embedded Credit, Payments, and Banking Infrastructure.
  • Design configurable workflows across onboarding, underwriting, decisioning, billing, repayments, collections, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Work directly with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and enterprise customers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering, design, risk, compliance, operations, and implementation teams to take products from discovery to production and scale.
  • Define APIs, workflows, rules, configurations, integrations, and data models in collaboration with engineering.
  • Identify common customer requirements and turn them into reusable platform capabilities rather than bespoke solutions.
  • Define product metrics and use customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Make product trade-offs across customer needs, business impact, technical complexity, scalability, and regulatory requirements.

The Perfect Fit

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience building products in credit, lending, banking infrastructure, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial product lifecycles and operational workflows.
  • Experience working with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
  • Experience building configurable products or platforms serving multiple customers.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and data flows.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into simple, scalable product solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive problems from definition to execution and outcomes.

Your Edge Over The Rest

  • Experience with LOS/LMS, underwriting, decision engines, KYC, bureau, payments, ledger, or collections.
  • Understanding of RBI regulations relevant to lending, credit, payments, and KYC.
  • Experience building APIs, configurable workflows, or platform products.
  • Experience taking products from 0→1 and 1→N.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring PMs or influencing product direction across teams.
