Responsável por executar atendimento ao cliente e venda de produtos, apoiar na manutenção da operação na loja em que atua e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, visando atingir as metas individuais definidas pela empresa, facilitar a fluidez dos processos internos, em como a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes.

Realizar a demonstração, experimentação e venda de produtos por meio da aplicação do modelo de atendimento estabelecido pela franqueadora;

Facilitar a satisfação e fidelização dos consumidores da marca por meio de um atendimento personalizado em loja e nos canais digitais, utilizando as ferramentas habilitadoras do modelo atendimento, como ID Cliente, Mobshop e Loja Digital;

Atingir as metas individuais estabelecidas pela loja através do acompanhamento dos seus indicadores de consultor(a), identificação de oportunidades de negócio e execução das estratégias orientadas pela gestão;

Realizar a organização, abastecimento e exposição correta dos produtos por meio da reprodução do planograma da loja e da montagem de kits;

Facilitar a realização dos Serviços de Loja, como de maquiagem, por exemplo, por meio da oferta e execução de atendimentos agendados previamente ou contratados durante a visita na loja;

Realizar a separação dos pedidos feitos pelos canais digitais por meio do acompanhamento das compras online concluídas pelos clientes;

Auxiliar nas rotinas de recebimento de pagamentos e fechamento de vendas por meio da operação dos procedimentos estabelecidos;

Realizar os treinamentos pertinentes à função através das plataformas de ensino e momentos disponíveis para este fim;

Apoiar nas rotinas do estoque por meio da manutenção da organização dos produtos e embalagens;

Apoiar nas rotinas do estoque por meio do recebimento, conferência e armazenagem dos produtos e embalagens;
