In je eerste jaar volg je een uitgebreid en SKJ-geaccrediteerd inwerkprogramma en word je gekoppeld aan een ervaren collega voor begeleiding en reflectie. Binnen Veilig Thuis Gelderland-Midden is structurele aandacht voor leren en ontwikkelen en krijg je de ruimte om je SKJ-registratie binnen werktijd te behalen.

  • Wij bieden een salaris van minimaal … en maximaal … in functieschaal (cao Jeugdzorg), bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. De inschaling is afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en opleidingsniveau.
  • Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een aantrekkelijke pensioenregeling bij PFZW, reiskostenvergoeding en een vitaliteitsregeling.
  • De mogelijkheid om flexibel en hybride te werken voor zover de functie dit toelaat. Om dit goed te faciliteren ontvang je een smartphone, een laptop en een prettige thuiswerkregeling.
  • Beschikbare uren voor scholing, opleiding en deskundigheidsbevordering.
  • Een fijne werklocatie aan de Westervoortsedijk in Arnhem met voldoende parkeerplaats.
  • Direct een jaarcontract met de intentie om deze daarna om te zetten naar een vaste aanstelling.

Veilig Thuis, onderdeel van de Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland Midden, is er voor iedereen. Burgers en professionals kunnen bij Veilig Thuis terecht voor advies, ondersteuning of het melden van (vermoedens van) alle vormen van huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling. Werken bij Veilig Thuis betekent dat je gedreven bent om samen met burgers, collega’s, externe professionals en ketenpartners huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling te stoppen en ervoor te zorgen dat patronen van huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling worden doorbroken.
