  • Praktisk erfaring: Uddannelsen kombinerer teori med praktisk oplæring på plejehjem, i hjemmeplejen, på hospitaler og i psykiatrien. Du vil få hands-on erfaring, der forbereder dig til virkeligheden i sundhedssektoren. Teorien foregår på SOSU-skolen i Esbjerg.
  • Støtte og vejledning: Vi sørger for, at du trives under din uddannelse. Du vil have en dedikeret vejleder, der følger dig gennem hele forløbet og giver dig feedback og sparring.
  • Karrieremuligheder: Uddannelsen åbner døren til mange spændende karrieremuligheder inden for sundhedssektoren. Du kan specialisere dig inden for forskellige områder og fortsætte med at udvikle dine færdigheder.

Hvad forventer vi af dig?

  • Engagement: Du skal have lyst til at arbejde med mennesker og en vilje til at lære og udvikle dig både fagligt og personligt, hvilket kræver nysgerrighed og mod til at komme ud af din comfortzone
  • Empati og omsorg: Du skal kunne vise forståelse og støtte til borgere i forskellige livssituationer.
  • Samarbejdsevner: Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med kolleger og andre faggrupper, så gode kommunikationsevner er vigtige.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår

Som elev får du løn i henhold til gældende FOA overenskomst. Hvis du er over 25 år, kan du få voksenelevløn. Din arbejdstid er 37 timer om ugen.
