Hjemmeplejen Vejen Syd er en virksomhed, hvor du vil have mulighed for at gøre en afgørende forskel i ældre borgeres liv som afløser i weekenden. Du vil være en vigtig del af vores team, der sikrer kontinuitet og tryghed for vores borgere i deres eget hjem i weekenderne. Din primære opgave som Weekendafløser vil være at træde til, når vores faste medarbejdere har fri eller er fraværende.

Dine primære ansvarsområder vil omfatte:

  1. Pleje og omsorg:

Du vil være ansvarlig for at levere kvalitetspleje og omsorg til borgeren i deres eget hjem. Dette inkluderer personlig hygiejne, medicinadministration, ernæring og andre daglige plejebehov. Det forventes, at du har en empatisk og respektfuld tilgang til din plejepraksis.

  1. Samarbejde med borgeren:

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med borgeren for at sikre, at deres individuelle behov og ønsker bliver imødekommet. Dette indebærer at lytte aktivt til deres ønsker og præferencer, kommunikere effektivt og etablere et tillidsfuldt forhold. Din evne til at skabe en positiv og støttende atmosfære vil være afgørende for at øge borgerens trivsel. Du skal være opmærksom på eventuelle ændringer i borgerens helbredstilstand og rapportere disse til relevante parter.

Om dig: Vi søger en person, der er ansvarlig og engageret til at arbejde som weekendafløser i hjemmeplejen. Det er ikke afgørende, at du har erfaring, men vigtigst, at du har lyst til faget og hjertet på rette sted. Du vil få en grundig introduktion.
