Om stillingen Vi søger en social- og sundhedshjælper til aftenvagt, som vil være med til at gøre aftentimerne til noget særligt for vores borgere. Du bliver en del af et team, hvor vi hjælper hinanden, griner sammen og altid har borgeren i centrum. Timeantal er 37, men skriv blot hvis du ønsker mindre og med weekend hver 2. uge.

Dine vigtigste opgaver:

  • At skabe nærvær og tryghed i mødet med borgerne
  • At yde personlig pleje med respekt og værdighed
  • At støtte borgernes selvstændighed og livsglæde
  • At bidrage til en hyggelig og rolig stemning i aftentimerne
  • At samarbejde med kolleger og pårørende omkring den gode hverdag
