Vi søger en uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper til et barselsvikariat i dagvagt på 37 timer om ugen eller efter aftale. Der arbejdes hver anden weekend.

I Hjemmeplejen Vejen Syd møder du engagerede kolleger, høj faglighed og et stærkt fællesskab. Sammen hjælper vi borgere i Askov og Vejen Syd med at leve et trygt og meningsfuldt liv i eget hjem.

Vi arbejder med afsæt i den nye ældrelov og har fokus på selvbestemmelse, helhedspleje, kontinuitet og rehabilitering. For os handler god pleje om at skabe trygge relationer, se hele mennesket og sikre, at borgerne møder kendte ansigter i hverdagen.
