About us

We are a quality-conscious company with a passion for authentic taste experiences. With a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine, we offer a selection of marinated and spiced meats that reflect the rich culinary traditions of the region. We are now looking for an experienced butcher who can take responsibility for both production and flavor.

Your tasks:

  • Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat
  • Developing and preparing marinades and spice blends rooted in Middle Eastern cuisine
  • Daily marination work and preparation for sale/delivery
  • Quality control and compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team and possibly guiding junior staff

We expect that you:

  • Have experience as a butcher – preferably in retail or industry
  • Have documented experience with Middle Eastern flavors, including seasoning and marination (e.g., shawarma, kebab, kofta, etc.)
  • Work independently and in a structured manner
  • Understand proper hygiene and food safety practices
  • Speak either Danish, English, Arabic, Kurdish, or similar – all language skills are welcome

Dine arbejdsopgaver:

  • Udskæring, trimning og forberedelse af kød
  • Udvikling og tilberedning af marinader og krydderiblandinger med rødder i det mellemøstlige køkken
  • Daglig marineringsarbejde og klargøring til salg/levering
  • Kvalitetskontrol og egenkontrol efter fødevarelovgivningen
  • Samarbejde med det øvrige team og evt. vejledning af juniorpersonale

Vi forventer, at du

  • Har erfaring som slagter – gerne detail eller industri
  • Har dokumenteret erfaring med mellemøstlige smage, herunder krydring og marinering (fx shawarma, kebab, kofta, etc.)
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og struktureret
  • Har forståelse for god hygiejne og fødevaresikkerhed
  • Taler enten dansk, engelsk, arabisk, kurdisk eller lignende – alle sprogkundskaber er velkomne
