Estamos buscando un Ingeniero con amplios conocimientos en Inteligencia de negocios, motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Business Intelligence Engineer, serás responsable de desarrollar y mantener soluciones de datos que potencien los procesos de toma de decisiones en toda la organización. Responsabilidades: 1. Modelado y arquitectura de datos: Diseñar y desarrollar modelos de datos, bases de datos y almacenes de datos para apoyar la inteligencia empresarial y las necesidades de presentación de informes. Colaborar con las partes interesadas para comprender los requisitos y traducirlos en estructuras de datos eficientes y escalables. Optimizar y ajustar los modelos de datos y el rendimiento de la base de datos para una recuperación de datos rápida y fiable. 3. Consultas SQL y manipulación de datos: Escribir consultas SQL complejas para extraer y manipular datos de bases de datos relacionales. Realizar análisis de datos y generar perspectivas utilizando herramientas de análisis e informes basadas en SQL. Colaborar con analistas de datos y usuarios empresariales para comprender los requisitos de generación de informes y ofrecer soluciones basadas en datos. 4. Visualización de datos e informes: Desarrollar cuadros de mando interactivos, informes y visualizaciones utilizando herramientas de BI como MS Power BI, SQL Server u otras. Diseñar e implementar informes visualmente convincentes y fáciles de usar para transmitir ideas e indicadores clave de rendimiento. Colaborar con las partes interesadas para recopilar comentarios, iterar sobre las visualizaciones y mejorar continuamente las capacidades de generación de informes. Requirements Conocimientos de inglés de lectura y escritura (Hablado deseable). Estar siempre dispuesto a ayudar a sus compañeros de equipo y compartir conocimiento Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, oral y escrita. Ser capaz de comunicar ideas y diseños de software.
