Dutch/Flemish Content Specialist – Madrid (€1,500 Welcome Bonus)

Full Relocation Package | No Experience Required

We're looking for confident, engaging communicators to join an international team in a modern studio environment. No previous experience is required, as full professional training is provided.

The Role

As a Dutch/Flemish Content Specialist, you'll facilitate live, interactive sessions in your native language, communicate with an online audience, and help deliver a professional and engaging experience.

The role is ideal for people who enjoy presenting, communicating, and interacting with others. Confidence, personality, and strong communication skills are key.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,500 gross/month
  • Language premium: Additional €4/hour during qualifying live sessions
  • Performance incentives: Up to an additional €3/hour
  • Expected total earnings: €1,850–€2,100 gross/month, including applicable bonuses and incentives

Relocation Package

  • Flight or train ticket to Madrid covered
  • 25–26 days of complimentary temporary accommodation
  • €1,500 welcome bonus: €1,000 with your first salary and €500 with your second salary
  • Assistance obtaining your NIE and Social Security number
  • Support with finding long-term accommodation
  • Fully paid professional training academy

Working Conditions

  • Location: Madrid, Spain
  • Work model: On-site
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, including nights and weekends

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual Dutch/Flemish
  • Good working knowledge of English
  • EU citizenship required
  • Confident and comfortable communicating
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • No previous experience required
