Multilingual Sales Specialists & BDRs – Hybrid Barcelona (Relocation Support)

Role Overview

Are you a driven sales professional looking to advance your career in one of Europe's most vibrant beachside cities? We are hiring Multilingual Sales Specialists, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Onboarding Experts to join our high-performing teams at the World Trade Center Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will drive business growth, manage customer portfolios, or onboard clients onto top-tier digital advertising platforms (like Google Ads). We are actively seeking native or fluent speakers in German, Dutch, Danish, or Norwegian.

General Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of BDR, account management, or outbound sales experience. Language: Native or near-native fluency in German, Dutch, Danish, or Norwegian, plus professional proficiency in English. Skills: Strong communication, resilience, negotiation, and an interest in digital marketing/advertising tech. Work Authorization: EU passport or valid working visa for Spain.

Available Positions & Compensation

German Speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Salary: €30,000 OTE (€26,000 base + €4,000 performance bonus + uncapped accelerators). Focus: Helping clients launch, optimize, and scale their digital advertising campaigns.

Dutch speaking Business Development Representative

Salary: Up to €27,283.75 gross/year (€23,876.19 base + €3,407.56 bonus). Focus: Outbound prospecting, lead generation, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Danish speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Salary: €27,283.75 OTE (€23,876.19 base + €3,407.56 bonus). Focus: Strategic sales outreach and onboarding new advertisers onto the platform.

Norwegian speaking Google Ads Sales Executive

Salary: €27,284 gross/year (€23,876 base + €3,408 bonus). Focus: Managing the end-to-end sales cycle and driving revenue growth.

Work Model: Full-time (39 hours/week, Monday–Friday) with a flexible hybrid-working schedule. Location: Iconic office at the World Trade Center Barcelona with beautiful sea views.
