Atividades Administrativas e de Apoio Operacional

- Elaboração de documentos e autorizações: apoiar na preparação, preenchimento, organização e controle de documentos e formulários de autorização utilizados nos processos internos.

- Atualização dos quadros de Gestão à Vista: realizar o preenchimento e atualização periódica dos indicadores e informações dos quadros de Gestão Comercial e Manutenção, garantindo que os dados estejam atualizados.

- Apoio no cadastro de clientes no CRM: auxiliar na atualização das informações cadastrais dos clientes no sistema de CRM, seguindo os padrões definidos pela empresa.

- Atualização das imagens dos produtos: inserir, substituir e organizar as imagens vinculadas aos cadastros de produtos no sistema, contribuindo para a padronização e qualidade das informações.

- Emissão do relatório semanal de estoque: gerar semanalmente o relatório de estoque no sistema e disponibilizá-lo aos responsáveis para acompanhamento e análise.

- Atualização das tabelas de precificação: realizar, mediante orientação, a atualização das tabelas de preços no sistema, conferindo os dados antes da finalização.

- Pesquisa de satisfação com clientes: realizar pesquisa de satisfação de forma amostral com os aproximadamente 300 clientes/mês atendidos no balcão da Matriz, coletando feedbacks sobre atendimento, produtos e serviços, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e registrando os resultados para acompanhamento da gestão.

- Captação de indicações e oportunidades comerciais: durante a pesquisa de satisfação, identificar possíveis indicações de novos clientes e oportunidades de negócio, registrando as informações para direcionamento ao time Comercial e geração de novos leads.

- Atualização do valor de aquisição dos equipamentos: levantar e atualizar no sistema os valores de compra, conforme Nota Fiscal, dos equipamentos adquiridos antes da implantação do sistema, contribuindo para manter a base patrimonial completa e atualizada.

- Organização e conferência das informações: apoiar na revisão dos cadastros, documentos, relatórios e controles, identificando informações incompletas ou desatualizadas e encaminhando-as ao responsável.

Objetivo da Função

Prestar apoio administrativo às áreas Comercial, Manutenção e Compras, contribuindo para a organização e atualização das informações da empresa, além de apoiar na experiência do cliente.
