Wir sind ein Team von 200 begeisterten Velofahrenden. Als führendes Fachgeschäft in der Schweiz entwickeln wir laufend neue Ideen, wie das Velofahren noch mehr Spass macht. Der CO2\-freie Veloverkehr, sei es durch Muskelkraft oder erneuerbare Energie auf dem E\-Bike, wirkt sich positiv auf die Klimaerwärmung und die Luftqualität aus. Darum setzen wir uns auch politisch für die Förderung des Velos im Alltag und in der Freizeit ein. Biker, Alltags\-, Touren\- und E\-Bikefahrer:innen fühlen sich bei uns wohl und finden in unseren elf Läden sowie im Onlineshop alles, was das begehrt.

Zur Stärkung unseres Teams am Hauptsitz in Wetzikon suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n:

PRODUKTMANAGER:IN VELO\-TEXTIL 80\-100%

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Sortiment \& Eigenmarke: Du steuerst das gesamte Velo\-Textilsortiment und entwickelst unsere Eigenmarkenkollektion hinsichtlich Design, Funktion und Positionierung weiter.
  • Markt \& Trends: Du erkennst relevante Entwicklungen im Radsport\- und Textilmarkt und übersetzt diese in attraktive Sortimentskonzepte.
  • Lieferanten \& Einkauf: Du pflegst und entwickelst nationale und internationale Lieferantenbeziehungen und verhandelst Preise und Konditionen.
  • Wirtschaftlichkeit \& Daten: Du verantwortest dein Sortiment anhand relevanter Kennzahlen und stellst die Qualität von Produktstammdaten und aussagekräftigem Bildmaterial sicher.
  • Zusammenarbeit \& Schulung: Du arbeitest eng mit Verkauf, E\-Commerce und Marketing zusammen und vermittelst dein fundiertes Produktwissen in Schulungen.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Category Management oder Einkauf mit, idealerweise aus der Sport\-, Velo\- oder Textilbranche.
  • Leidenschaft: Du bist selbst passionierte/r Velofahrer/in und bringst ein echtes Gespür für Schnitte, Stoffe, Haptik und Ästhetik mit.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du handelst eigenverantwortlich, bist zahlenaffin und triffst fundierte Sortimentsentscheidungen.
  • Digital \& teamorientiert: Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist digital affin und bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität mit.
  • Sprachen: Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
