Estamos com uma oportunidade para Atendente de Assistência na Velox Contact Center!

Somos uma empresa comprometida em oferecer atendimento de qualidade e excelência 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, atuando como parceira estratégica das centrais de atendimento de nossos clientes.

Se você tem experiência com atendimento telefônico, boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com diferentes situações, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

Suas principais atividades:

  • Realizar atendimentos ativos e receptivos a clientes;
  • Avaliar situações de emergência relacionadas aos chamados recebidos;
  • Acionar prestadores de serviços conforme a necessidade de cada ocorrência;
  • Acompanhar os atendimentos em andamento, garantindo o andamento das solicitações;
  • Registrar informações e atualizações nos sistemas internos.

Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência com atendimento telefônico.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência com assistência emergencial;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Proatividade;
  • Facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.

Jornada de trabalho:

Escala: 5x2, com folgas variáveis, sem dia fixo de descanso.

Horários disponíveis:

  • 09h às 15h20;
  • 17h40 às 00h.
  • Salário: R$ 1.860,42;
  • Vale-alimentação: R$ 15,75 por dia, no cartão Flash, com uso livre;
  • Vale-transporte ou auxílio-combustível;
