Was deine Aufgaben sein werden

  • Führung und operative Mitarbeit im HR-Team: Du führst ein kleines, leistungsstarkes Team und arbeitest gleichzeitig aktiv im HR-Tagesgeschäft mit.
  • HR-Betreuung: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für eine professionelle, verbindliche und serviceorientierte Betreuung unserer Bewerbenden, Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte – vom Recruiting und Onboarding bis zum Offboarding.
  • HR Operations: Du übernimmst operative Aufgaben rund um Personaladministration, Vertragswesen, vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung sowie Themen wie Urlaub, Krankheit, Elternzeit und Veränderungen im Arbeitsverhältnis.
  • Arbeitsrecht: Du berätst Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei arbeitsrechtlichen und personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und sorgst für eine rechtssichere Umsetzung.
  • Prozesse & Standards: Du entwickelst unsere HR-Prozesse und Standards kontinuierlich weiter – mit dem Ziel, Abläufe einfacher, klarer und effizienter zu gestalten.
  • Digitalisierung & Automatisierung: Du erkennst Potenziale für Standardisierung und Automatisierung und setzt diese pragmatisch mit unseren HR-Systemen und neuen Technologien um.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im generalistischen HR-Bereich, beispielsweise als HR Generalist, HR Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, und Freude daran, weiterhin operativ mitzuarbeiten.
  • Einen juristischen Hintergrund, z. B. als Wirtschaftsjurist, erstes juristisches Staatsexamen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierten arbeitsrechtlichen Kenntnissen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht und Sicherheit in der praktischen Anwendung.
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder fachlichen Steuerung eines Teams sowie einen klaren, verbindlichen und wertschätzenden Führungsstil sind von Vorteil.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis und den Anspruch, Bewerbenden Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften eine sehr gute HR-Betreuung zu bieten.
  • Eine strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, Abläufe zu standardisieren, zu digitalisieren und zu automatisieren. Erfahrung mit Personio ist von Vorteil.
